What this website collects, what it doesn't, and who to ask. Lumera Creative LLC publishes it, and this page is written for the site as it works today.
01The short version
The Lumera portfolio has no forms, accounts, analytics, advertising trackers or tracking tools, sets no cookies, and you don't need to give us any personal information to view it. Some concept studies it links to, or can show inside a frame, are separate websites that load services from other companies and may set cookies. The ways information can reach us, or other companies, are listed below.
02What this site collects
Nothing about you directly. We don't run analytics, error monitoring, advertising pixels, chat widgets or social media embeds on this site, and it has no form. Its fonts, scripts, images and recordings are served from the site itself, so your browser doesn't contact other companies to show it.
03What it stores in your browser
The site stores one small entry in your browser's session storage, named lumera-opened. It lets the opening animation play once per visit instead of every time you return to the page. The entry stays on your device, is never sent to us, and is removed when you close the tab. The site sets no cookies.
04Hosting
The site is hosted on GitHub Pages, a service of GitHub, Inc. When your browser asks for a page, GitHub receives technical information such as your IP address, your browser type and the page you asked for, and may keep logs. How GitHub handles that is described in GitHub's privacy statement (opens in a new tab). We don't use it to identify visitors.
05When you email us
If you email contact@lumeracreative.agency, Lumera Creative LLC receives your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever you write. We use it to reply to you, to talk about a project, and to keep an ordinary record of the conversation. Your email provider handles the message as part of delivering it. The email links on this site open your own email app; nothing is sent until you send it.
06Concept studies and Scroll it yourself
The Lumera portfolio does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Each concept study is its own website. Some linked or embedded concept studies may load third-party services, including video players, content-delivery networks, maps, fonts, reservation services, or ordering platforms. Those providers may receive connection information or set cookies under their own policies when a visitor opens or interacts with that content.
Nothing from a study loads on this page until you choose Scroll it yourself on it; then the study runs inside a screen on this page, in a sandboxed frame. The studies are also linked so that you can open them in their own tab.
When we last checked, on October 6, 2026, a study's own page loaded these services:
- rōk coffee and tea, BB's Bakery, Stagger Coffee and Motiq load fonts from Google Fonts (Google's privacy policy (opens in a new tab)).
- Lenny's Casita loads a video player from Vimeo, with a Cloudflare verification script (Vimeo's privacy policy (opens in a new tab), Cloudflare's (opens in a new tab)). In our check, that player set cookies in the browser. Vimeo and Cloudflare, and the infrastructure they use, may also process connection data. Lenny's Casita also uses map tiles from OpenFreeMap.
- Stagger Coffee and Motiq load code libraries from public content delivery networks (jsDelivr and cdnjs).
Those companies receive your IP address and browser details when your browser asks them for files, under their own policies. Tirzahs Mexi-Terranean Grill's own page loaded no outside services. In that check, only the video player in Lenny's Casita set cookies; the other studies set none. They are separate websites and may change at any time.
Some studies also link to a real business's own reservation, ordering, gift-card, map or social media pages. Those links take you to a site run by the business or its provider, under its own policies. A concept study does not take a reservation, order or payment itself.
07Selling and sharing
We don't sell personal information, and this site doesn't share it with advertisers or data brokers.
08How long we keep things
We keep an email conversation for as long as we need it to answer you and to keep ordinary business records. You can ask us to delete it sooner (see below). We keep nothing else about visitors to this site, because we don't collect it.
09Your choices and requests
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to some uses of it. To make a request, email contact@lumeracreative.agency with "Privacy request" in the subject. We may ask you to confirm it's really you, and we'll tell you if we can't do what you ask and why. If you're not happy with our answer, you may be able to complain to your local data protection authority.
This site runs no tracking of its own, so it has no cookie settings to change and no opt-out signals, such as Global Privacy Control, for it to apply. If nonessential tracking is ever added, we'll review this policy first and ask before using it.
10Changes
If we change how the site handles information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
